Full Refund Window
- Within 14 days of program purchase
- Before accessing more than 20% of course materials
- No prior refund history with drasylentora

Partial Refund Criteria
- Between 15-30 days from purchase date
- Less than 40% content accessed
- Subject to 25% administration fee
- Valid documentation required

Our team will review your request within 3 business days. We'll check your account activity, purchase date, and content access to determine eligibility under this policy.

You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we'll explain the next steps. If denied, we'll clearly state why and discuss possible alternatives.
Processing Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The timing depends on your payment method and financial institution processing speeds.

Technical Difficulties
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent program access, contact our support team first. We'll work to resolve the problem quickly. If we can't fix it within 5 business days, you may qualify for a full refund regardless of the standard timeframe.
Medical or Family Emergencies
We understand unexpected life events happen. With proper documentation, we can extend the refund window or offer program credit for future use. Each situation is assessed individually with compassion and flexibility.
Course Content Expectations
All our programs include detailed descriptions and preview materials. If the content significantly differs from what was advertised, you're eligible for a refund within 14 days. Minor differences in teaching style or pacing don't qualify.
Business Team Changes
If your team structure changes after purchase, we can often transfer the enrollment to another team member rather than processing a refund. This maintains your investment while accommodating organizational shifts.
Duplicate Purchases
Accidentally purchased the same program twice? We'll issue a full refund for the duplicate within 30 days, no questions asked. Just send us both order numbers so we can verify and process quickly.
Refund Processing by Payment Method
Your refund will be returned using the same payment method you used for purchase. Processing times vary depending on the method and your financial institution's policies.

- Refund eligibility is determined by Australian Eastern Standard Time timestamps on your account activity
- Downloaded materials, certificates, or completed assessments indicate substantial course engagement and affect refund eligibility
- Group or corporate enrollments follow separate refund terms outlined in your organization's agreement
- Currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in slight differences between the original charge and refund amount
- Once a refund is processed, all access to program materials and resources is immediately revoked
- Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after purchase cannot be considered under any circumstances
